RETURN POLICY

We accept exchange up to 7 days counting from the day of receiving the new and unused merchandise. No return or refund will be arranged. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes and with all accessories to ensure a full credit for exchange. If the price of returned item is lower than the exchanged item, customers must pay for the difference.

If the price of returned item is higher than the exchanged item, no refund will be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with this policy. Exchanged item can be the original one or item of which the price is higher than the original one. No refund will be arranged for the price difference between the returned and exchanged items. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with this policy. 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To be eligible for exchange of merchandise, please follow the process below.

  1. Customers must contact A Lovely Gift with information regarding the items wished to be exchanged within 7 days counting from the day of receiving the new and unused merchandise through our Contact Page
  2. We will only accept exchange of items that we have confirmed by email. We will not accept a request for exchange if customers contact us after the 7-days period is over, or ship the merchandise to us without prior notice.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible) and ship the item requested for exchange to the following address or as instructed otherwise

  4. All return shipping charge must be prepaid and we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  5. The difference in price between returned and exchanged items must be prepaid.
  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the merchandizes.
  7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.
  8. We will advise the expected date of delivery by email after we have received the item requested for exchange.

REFUND

We do not accept return or refund for any purchases made over the internet. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
